it’s Baby’s First Set of Bike Tools!

i finally mapped out a route to boston that doesn’t involve going on roads with speed limits of more than 30mph, but i certainly didn’t want to go without a flat-fixing kit, since it’s a 20 mile round trip ride. i’m a moderately handy person (for a girl whose dad is totally un-handy), but i’ve never really done any bike mechanical stuff despite a couple of years of daily riding. my globe seriously needs work, and i never fixed sylvia because i had a man in my compound who fixed things for pennies.

never more! i’m ready to go. and i totally want to trick my bike out. well, not too much — i don’t want it to get stolen.
