goal-setting
ok, i sometimes set goals on this blog and don’t always follow through - life happens, injuries happen, bodies don’t fix themselves the way you want them to …
anyway here are my february goals:
- climb 2x a week
- bump up to 5.7 (this is contingent on climbing 2x a week)
- keep babying my knee but try to get up to jogging 2.5 or 3 miles without pain
- crank out at least...

sriracha with ja ja sauce
sriracha sauce mixed with ja ja sauce tastes weird. sour and spicy in a bad way.
no picture b/c i put it on ramen and started eating. do you really want to see a picture of half eaten ramen? no, you don’t.

perk of not living with a significant other
when all you feel like eating for sunday “brunch” is an apple and a cup of hot tea, no one is around to complain that isn’t enough food. A+++++
